803 Squadron |

On the 3rd of July 1967, 803 squadron was reformed at Lossiemouth as the Buccaneer Headquarters Squadron. Various trials were undertaken and in August 1968 a detachment of 4 aircraft flew out to join HMS Hermes in the Indian Ocean. The squadron, which operated Buccaneer S1 and S2 aircraft, finally disbanded on the 18th of December 1969. |
